I know because I found it and used it on myself and the many clients I’ve helped, it’s called nutritional periodization! Once you understand this concept and put it into practice with macronutrient tracking you will start to see it not only works but it also produces results that last! 

A 2019 study published in the journal Nutrients found that people who tracked their macros lost an average of 3.1lbs more weight over 12 weeks than those who didn’t. The study also found that those who tracked their macros were more likely to stick to their diets and lose weight long term!

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Sabra! I have always been an athlete, fitness has always been a part of my life! I’ve over trained and under-eaten, I’ve been overweight, and I have found a healthy balance of nutrition and fitness! After having four kids I found it challenging to get the “fit and toned” body I had before kids! As a dental hygienist I had extensive education in nutrition, so I dove deep into research and educating myself on nutrition and how I should be fueling my body to achieve weight loss while also working out to meet my goals. I became a certified nutrition coach and certified personal trainer because once people saw my transformation, they were asking me to help them as well and I love helping people! I am not your average nutrition coach; we aren’t eating chicken and broccoli every day! I love helping people find joy in food and fitness! I will help you create a healthy lifestyle that you can actually stick with!

Prices start at $275 per month. Custom one on one coaching requires a 3 month minimum commitment. Payments are made monthly but can be split into bi-weekly payments. 

The 90 Day DIY Program is $200 one time. This includes my macro e-book, one consultation call, one set of custom macros, and custom workouts. 

Not looking for weight loss? My DIY Strength Program might be for you! Get custom workouts designed to help you get stronger, look more fit, and change your body composition! The DIY Strength Program is also a one time fee of $200 for a 90 day program which includes videos on my training program, how to eat to build muscle, and workouts for home or gym!

FAQ’s

  • A: The 1:1 Coaching Program gives you the most support where we will address all your health concerns related to nutrition and fitness and offers the highest level of support from me. The 90 Day DIY program is for the self motivated individual that wants a plan to follow and can implement it on their own.

  • A: Yes you can but it will be a much slower process. Even if you only have 30 minutes to exercise we can build a short effective workout to maximize your results!

  • A: No, I can not know for sure how each person's body will respond but I do know if you implement all the things I suggest your body will change for the better! Your results are also directly related to your level of effort and commitment to the plan!

  • A: I require 3 months because it takes at least one month to get the hang of things and get a good routine. Your body needs at least 3 months for you to start noticing changes! It takes time! After the 3 months you may continue on month by month until you are ready to go on your own! Many people stay with me for 6 months to a year!
